WHEREAS, every member of the Student Government Association (SGA) has an important role in representing the student body; and,

WHEREAS, a member who is not meeting his or her obligations, as stated in the by-laws, lowers morale, creates discord, and hinders the ability of the SGA to achieve its full potential; and,

WHEREAS, currently, there is no process for impeachment in the current SGA by-laws;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Article XIII, Section 3 of the SGA By-Laws be amended to follow the attached addendum A.
