WHEREAS, the Constitution and By-Laws guide the functioning of the Student Government Association (SGA) in principle and in spirit to provide for its smooth administrative and procedural maintenance; and,

WHEREAS, the SGA Administration believes that the SGA will function for effectively with an amended system as outlined in the Constitution and By-Laws; and,

WHEREAS, Article XVIII of the SGA By-Laws requires that all annual changes to the by-laws be submitted by the second to last meeting of the Legislative body; and,

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the By-Laws shall be amended as specified Addendum A, entitled Omnibus.
